How Banks Pass on Mortgages

How Deposits pass on Mortgages

Any banking company today does have a presence on the net. Fiscal internet sites are found between the most innovative websites in terms of technique and they trust on a lot of security measure components to rest out of reach of cyberpunks. Banking websites oftentimes manage their individual web hosting or leastways do have really severe contracts with their net hosting company, support, computer virus stop and every other security standards must be utterly state of art and must not be breached in any way.

We also see numerous banking companies proceed on to employ smart phones or Nexus application programs for checking bills and dealings via WiFi devices will arrive in close future day. Dealings via 3G telephones and cell phones calls for proper 3GGPRSWAP mobile settings which you can download free of charge and which is custom made for your mobile net provider, i.e. T-Mobile.

The most frequent usage of internet or airborne communication is for advertising roles or small dealings, but in near future we will view even mortgage loans and stock markets being executed via mobile gimmicks. Mortgage dealings via net are called < href="http://www.nykredit.dk/privat/info/realkredit/realkreditforside.xml">Realkredit and the new engineering science is now being addressed by bigger banking companies which work as trendsetters in the fiscal diligence.

Security must build up continually to keep up with the challenges and both banking companies and consumers must keep an ready eye on what happens to prevent humbug, phishing or whooping, but my judgment of conviction is that the future for finance lies in the digital universe.

Five years ago, when online, you might have had just a single password to remember for your email address. Nowadays though it’s not exceptional to have 20 or 30 passwords created for countless online services you’ve signed up to. And you can predict what happens : A good many individuals are inclined to utilise the very same password for all or nearly all the services they’ve signed up to. Some people may not consider their Facebook member profile as being hugely vital, but it is if you’re using the very same password as you are for your WorldPay account. Of course, the convenience of having to remember just a single password is persuasive, but what if an individual gets hold of that one password? You guessed it, they potentially have their mitts on all of the servives you’ve signed up to that use that same password. And if you are tempted to think they can’t know the other online services you’ve signed up to, they simply don’t need to. They can launch programs which examine literally thousands of services and try to match your account name/password pairing that they know about.

This is a problem we all have to think about, but it can be solved. The truth is, it’s not essential to store each and every account name/password. Why? Your browser can remember this information. Be it your MySpace login or Email password. Ask your browser to remember each account name/password, and then have a central password (”master password”) just in case an individual gets hold of your computer. If they do so, they will have to key in the master password in order to login to any of your services. So in effect, you can join dozens of online services, and only have to remember one single password : your master password for your web browser.

In terms of thinking of passwords themselves, make them random and long, such as K94545Dcd which is a variety of lower and upper case characters and numbers. As it’s not required to remember them, be as obscure as you wish. A word of warning : don’t use dictionary phrases as your password, as these are effortless to discover for 3rd parties.

First things First. Why would you like to have Windows Based
Hosting when there are Linux packages for cheaper rates ? The
answer is - it depends on what application you are looking to
use for your hosting. Consider the tools and scripting languages
you plan to use - if you use PHP, Perl or MySQL, Linux is the
way forward. If apps are Microsoft-specific, then Windows is
what you need. Clear…? Now let’s proceed with the essential
ingredients of any Windows Hosting Plan. 1.ASP Support - The
clear reason why you chose a windows plan is to use Microsoft
Specific Languages. Active Server Pages, Microsoft’s technology
to enables HTML pages to be dynamic and interactive by embedding
scripts. Check all the windows hosting plans and make sure, the
host doesn’t charge for this extra.

2..NET Support - ASP.net is the next generation of Microsoft’s
Active Server Page (ASP), a feature of their Internet
Information Server (IIS). ASP.net is different from ASP in two
major ways: it supports code written in compiled languages like
C++, Visual Basic, and Perl, and, it features server controls
that can separate the code from the content, allowing WYSIWYG
editing of pages. Most of the hosts give this feature free of
charge while few charge extra. Go for it if you really need it.

3.CDONTS - CDONTS stands for ‘Collaboration Data Objects for
Windows NT Server’ and it’s a Messaging Component comes along
with Windows NT/2000. A windows hosting plan without this is
Incomplete. This provides you the easiest solution for your
messaging thro’ your website ASP pages, provided you have SMTP
support.

4.DATABASES - Microsoft Access 2000 Database is supported by all
the windows hosting plans. This will do if you are a starter.
For experienced campaigners, MS-Sql is a must have. This is an
advanced feature and most of the hosting companies charge extra.
The control for the Databases must be provided in the Control
Panel. Check that.

5.DATABASE Connection - DSN or DSNless Connections, whatever the
case may be, please check if the host has provided the option in
the Control Panel to create/manage DSNs. (Data Source Name). If
DSNs are NOT allowed, ask for the Connection String for DSNless
connections.

6.ASP Components - Apart from the default components, there are
loads of third party software. Check the list of such components
that the host provides. ASP Upload, ASPImage, Dundas Mailer,
ASPjpeg, ASPEncrypt are few popular components. At times you may
require to have your own components (DLLs) installed. This is
provided by most of the hosts, but after the DLL undergoes a
complete test in the server environment. This does not come free.

7.PHP & Coldfusion - ColdFusion is a server-side scripting
language web development tool. It uses HTML-like tags called
CFML to enable back-end ODBC database connectivity as well as
data manipulation and validation within webpages.. This is again
an advanced option and NOT every hosting provider provide this.
But PHP, Mysql is also bundled with windows hosting plans. Keep
an eye on both of these.

8.Control Panel - This is the nucleus of your website. In a
Control Panel, popularly known as CP, you can literally do
anything. The moment you signup for a Hosting Pack, you must be
provided with a CP to manage your webspace.

9.POP3 email Ids & Aliases - yourname@yourdomain.com is an
example POP3 ID. You must be provided with ample of POP3 email
ids and it depends on the Package size.

10.FTP Account - This is where you upload your files, delete
them, update them. This again comes along with the CP.

11.Backup - Most of the Hosts take Automated Backups. But users
do not take much care on this while choosing the Hosting Pack.
This feature is as essential as anyother in this list.

12.Web Statistics - Analysis of your website visitors plays a
key role in the success of your website. Say, your website has
been launched and you get NIL Visits or More than 100 Visits per
day. Whatever the case may be, you can view the Report using
Statistics Application that run in the server backend.

13.Bandwidth - Choose the Hosting Plan that gives enough
Bandwidth for your website. Even though you cannot judge at the
beginning, as time progresses, you can easily deduct the
Bandwidth required.

14.Webmail, SMTP & SPAM - Email becomes key part in your life
once you launch the website. Check if the Hosts provide with
WEBMAIL (mail.yourdomain.com) to check your mails thru a web
based interface using Squirrelmail or Horde. Corporate Users
prefer downloading mails thru Email Clients such as Eudora or
Outlook Express. Only if SMTP or IMAP support is enabled you can
use this option. Hence check if SMTP support is provided. No
email user is free from a spam attack. Hence you need to have
Spam Filters installed on the server where your website resides.

15.IP - If your website prefers SSL Support (https://) as time
grows, makes ure you get a DEDICATED IP. Most of the websites
are hosted on shared IPs. Ask your Hosting Provider about the
extra charges involved in getting a dedicated IP and SSL
Support. Note : For SSL (https://), you need to buy a Digital
Certificate.

For businesses, organizations, or people looking to host a website the most popular and cost effective choice is usually shared web hosting. For many websites shared web hosting is the ideal solution. Shared web hosting has it’s advantages and disadvantages, you should be aware of before making your decision to use it.

Hosting companies offer shared hosting to customers with websites that have small or moderate traffic levels. These packages are offered at a very modest and reasonable cost. By allowing different customers to share computer hardware resources, maintenance and operating costs are spread over a larger number of clients which reduce costs. Customers may be on the same physical computer but hard drive space is separated so no one else has access to your files or data.

The most attractive aspect of shared hosting for most people is its low cost. Customers can choose the amount of disk space and bandwidth they need. If you are willing to sign up for a longer term contract (6, 12, or 24 months) the prices will be lower than paying at the end of each month. As shared hosting is managed by hosting company, all security, and software updates and performed by their staff. Shared hosting packages usually come with a simple to use client management interface, that allows them to set up file and FTP access, manage email accounts and other basic functions, giving you control over your website. For customers who want more features such as shopping carts, automated backups, and security certificates shared hosting packages offer them as extras to your account.

While there are many advantages to shared hosting there are some disadvantages as well. Shared hosting often means you are on the same computer as hundreds or thousands of other websites. This sharing of resources means your response time may be less than optimal. For example if you are on the same web server as several other high volume websites you may notice a performance lag. Hosting companies monitor shared servers for abuse and resource hogging, sometimes malicious scripts or bad code can cause it to stop functioning, shutting down every website on the server. Limitations on disk space and bandwidth is another concern. If you have a busy traffic spike you may exceed your disk space or bandwidth allowance. Which means overage fees or your website gets shut down.

While not the perfect solution for everyone, for many people shared web hosting is an attractive option to consider. It allows them to start small and manage costs, costs time and people resources and have access to the technical expertise of the web hosting company all on a limited budget.

As I sit thinking about “spring cleaning” my house, I realize that it is that time again for e-marketers to start thinking about a “spring cleaning” their websites for the coming high travel season.

Believe it or not the first quarter of 2006 is almost over. Many hoteliers I spoke to had high ambitions for increasing their online reservations this year and have now found themselves at the same place they were at the start of the year. It’s time to take a hard look at your website and online marketing campaigns and evaluate if they have met your expectations so far this year?

Now you just can’t blame lack of activity on your site, or the low season, or Google and its algorithms…you have to take responsibility for continually improving and optimizing your website. Ask yourself what have you done this first quarter to improve not only traffic but conversions on your website?

Let’s look at content first. Everyone loves fresh content; search engines love it as well as consumers. When was the last time you updated your website message? Are you providing a reason for customers to return often to your site? Hoteliers with only a Brand site are the worst offenders. Too many brand owners feel once they have filled in their hotel information form, that they can cross that item off the to-do list and wait for the brand to do the rest.

As the season begins to change and travelers begin their summer vacation research, what message can you provide that will make you stand out in this highly competitive season? Have you looked at your competitors sites lately? Like a clothing store, do they have the new “spring fashions” on the rack while you are still showcasing your winter getaway? If you have your own website it is imperative you keep your content fresh.

What else can you do to drive new customers to your site? First, if you are a brand you should know your “friendly url” that has been assigned to you by the Brand. This makes your website address pointing to your brand page a simple address as opposed to typing in a lengthy cryptic URL. As a branded hotel, make sure you have taken advantage of all of the new optimization improvements as mentioned in “Is the Brand helping you with your Internet Strategy, “http://rss.coupleofchicks.com/item.php?id=20

So you have freshened up your content, you have optimized your tags for Google and Yahoo, so now do you just sit around and wait for the summer travel season to hit? No -now you must take action. If you have some interesting vacation programs available or festival season in your area is starting, why not use content syndication to attract more customers to your clean freshly updated site.

Building on your search engine optimization efforts, you might consider focusing some efforts on less traditional forms of advertising to move your message to the masses…the new “word of mouth” - online press releases, articles, RSS Feeds and Blogs. If done correctly, you can move your website content very quickly to the top of the natural search results for the keywords that you are looking to be found for in your market. Remember, the search for the perfect summer vacation is about to begin, will your travel product be found?

Not unlike your own “spring cleaning” take some time this season to clean up the junk, put it on the curb and while you are waiting for trash pick up, go out and get yourself a ‘Spring Website Makeover!”

Good Web Hosting

May 3rd, 2008

Web hosting service is not a subject to take lightly. Choose
the wrong web host and you can find yourself stuck in A
Webmasters Nightmare on Dot Com Street. Months and even
years of hard work can go down the tubes when your web site
is faced with the inability to grow. The trick is to find a
web hosting plan that will expand with your web site.

When you search for a hosting plan, be sure the web hosting
servers are able to support the most common programming
languages and features such as PHP, ASP, Java and CGI Pearl
scripts. Even if you won’t use them right away, having these
options now can save you a ton of headaches later. At some
point you’ll likely want more than a static web site.

Good web hosting providers will allow FTP access via clients
such as Microsoft Front Page or Dream Weaver, even if they
provide an online editor. Sometimes you will find the need
to upload and install programs to your web hosting server.
Be certain you can upload third party software, which saves
time in having to program software yourself.

Web hosting packages often come with a free domain name with
a hosting plan. You’ll want a web host who can host your
domain name, but it’s always best to purchase your domain.
In the event you ever need to move to a different web host,
you wont be stuck buying the domain from the domain hosting
or web hosting company who will likely overcharge you.

Whenever possible, buy your domain name and hosting packages
a year or two in advance. There is some speculation that
major search engines place more emphasis on web sites who’s
hosting and domain name have been purchased anywhere from
one to five years or more. Avoid web host’s who only charge
monthly, even if that’s all you can afford right now.

Web hosting server up time is critical to a web sites
performance. Be sure a servers up time is above 98 percent.
Many boast 99 percent server up time, so it isn’t hard to
find a reliable server. The last thing you want is for your
visitors to find your site only to discover the server is
down. Many first time visitors won’t return to a “broken
site”.

Web hosting providers often offer free domain E-mail and sub
domains along with your hosting plan. E-mail at your domain,
and sub domains are a good thing to have. You’ll want as
many E-mail addresses and sub domains as you can get. Make
sure your web host provides a way to purchase more without
having to upgrade your entire hosting package.

A good web hosting service will usually provide free
software, scripts, and forms. This can save webmasters and
developers a whole lot of time that could be better spent in
marketing. As a rule of thumb, the more free web hosting
tools a web host provides, the better. Not only do these
freebies save time, they will save you money too.

When your web hosting service can support many programming
languages, FTP access, software or file uploads, hosting and
domain name hosting for extended periods, plus free domain
E-mail and sub domains that can be purchased separately,
along with free scripts and tools, with good server up time,
you’ll have the backbone in place for a successful, dynamic,
and expandable web site.

Editor at Cheapest Service. Compare Web Hosting rates and plans.

We have all seen the websites online that sell template web
designs for various business industries. Are these worth using?
The answer may be different for everyone.

When deciding on a web design it is important to know your
competition. What do you like about there site? What could be
done better? Are there certain aspects of the site that would
appeal visually? Are there certain aspects of a competitor’s
site that have helped in organic SEO/SEM? Are there certain
aspects/offers on a competitor’s site that may draw people in? I
think these are all important factors to keep in mind when
visiting the competition in the pre-web design phase. However,
this article is going to focus on another aspect: Namely, is
there repetition in style amongst your competition? If you where
starting a business to rival NetFlix & Blockbuster movie rentals
online, you would immediately become aware that the two look
very much identical except for the color scheme. In a similar
respect, you may even find two websites using the exact same
design in the same industry. Then you may find the exact same
web design on a web design template site! This situation is the
low point of template web design buying. If you decide to use a
template (and I will argue that sometimes this is the way to go)
you MUST KNOW YOUR COMPETITION!

If nothing else, template web design can spark ideas. There are
many template sites out there like BoxedArt.com and
TemplateMonster.com, and even a variety of free ones, with
decent web site designs. When browsing through these sites it
can be very helpful for sparking the idea in your head of what
you may want your web design project to be like. Adversely, many
of the templates found are also very generic to a certain point.
There tends to be an overwhelmingly corporate feel to a high
percentage of templates on the market. Not all web designs call
for a corporate look but just simply need to look professional
to gain credibility. Take aspects that work from different
designs and merge them with the current identity you are looking
for. Don’t get carried away with this process though, if you
take away a little from each one you may get a very disorienting
look and feel to the site as each design may vary. Likewise,
when I say take it is important to emphasize that I am not
talking about stealing. These template designers have spent time
and expect return, however if you find a font you like and match
something as simple as this to a similar font that would fit in
with your design then use the idea. Don’t directly take images
or color layouts. This browsing of templates for ideas is very
much like browsing your competitor’s websites for ideas and
scoping the market.

If you are looking at purchasing a template make sure to follow
these guidelines: 1. Know that your competitors are not using
this template. If you are a national chain, you will probably
not be reading this as you may very well have your own unique
design team. For everyone else, how far does your competition
boundary spread? If you own a local hot dog stand, you may only
have a handful of competitors in your area that are branding
themselves. Buying a template that can be purchased by the
public even after you purchase it may be ok in this instance if
the hot dog template is a great design. In this case it would be
a perfect fit for a low priced design that may be high quality.
If however you may run into multi-state or national competition
for your product then you may opt against the generic template
as a foundation to your design. 2. Make sure the template is
only the foundation to your web design building. This may mean
that you use the overall structure of the design, but change all
the graphics to make the design more personalized. Often times
this also means that you will change the color scheme to fit
with your current identity or logo. Also, maybe only a portion
of the template should be used. Does it have a great looking
header or search box, but the rest of the site is left to be
desired? 3. Always make sure to follow the guidelines of the
company your purchase your web design template from. This is
important as certain amount of “redesign” of the template is
most likely expected in the user agreement.

Templates certainly are not for everyone, however when small
business owners are just trying to get there feet wet online, a
template may be the best choice. They are typically professional
looking, well thought out (in many industry themes), require
less knowledge to build from than a web design from scratch and
most certainly more affordable than starting a web design from
scratch.

As a side note: There are many web template sites out there that
also sell limited download web design templates for a little
more money. These are templates that once purchased a few or one
time are taken from the template library and now longer
available for purchase. These can keep branding in house and
save time and money if the design is what you are looking for.

For Graphic Print Design: All serious graphic designers know
that the industry standard for graphic design software is Adobe
Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and QuarkXpress or Adobe InDesign.
If you are not familiar with these products here is a quick
overview. Adobe Photoshop is photographic image manipulation
software. Photoshop is where you will manipulate, clean up,
re-touch, or re-color all the bitmap photographic images for
your design project. Adobe Illustrator is vector art software
and you will use it to create vector images such as logos and
illustrations for you design project. QuarkXpress and Adobe
InDesign are graphic layout programs. This is where you will
literally combine all the pieces for a design project and lay
them out. You will add your text, manipulated Adobe Photoshop
images, and created Adobe Illustrator vectors images to this
program and layout the finished product, which may be a
brochure, flyer, etc.

For Graphic Web Design: Graphic web design has more options for
software. Web design is not quite as specific with their
software requirements as print design. As far as industry
standard, the industry has really left it up to the designer to
decide. I prefer to use Adobe Photoshop to create most of my
imagery and then use Adobe ImageReady (which comes with
Photoshop) to make my files optimized for the web and then use
Adobe GoLive for my web site layout. Adobe GoLive is a great
software product for designers who are not as skilled with HTML
coding because GoLive does the coding for you, but if you prefer
to do the coding yourself you are given the option of doing this
as well. Another fun software program for web design is
Macromedia Flash. Flash creates very fun animation and mini
movies that give your site movement, but is not recommended that
you design your entire site in Flash because of poor search
engine optimization. Macromedia also has a product called
DreamWeaver that is a web site creation and layout program.

Remember when advertising was limited to expensive ads in print.
I came from that field and clients paid thousands of dollars to
claim their market share. Printers worked overtime to keep up
with impossible deadlines and increasing demand.

A few years ago, I was looking for a service in the Yellow
Pages. My son found the service faster than I did, by using the
Internet. At the time, I was spending some serious cash on the
Yellow Pages for local advertising. I was sold into the idea
that “break even” advertising was fine because of repeat
business.

Business owners from my generation, and the generations before,
had accepted the idea of investing in failure. We even had a
formula of “cost per information call,” to justify investing, in
advertising, that would not show a profit for months or years.

However, how many ads can you write in print and afford to break
even on your expenses? Most “mom an pop” businesses invest their
hard earned money and look forward to, a much needed, immediate
“return on investment.” Why else would they advertise in the
first place? Small businesses are looking for instant results.

My son had enlightened me about the accessibility of Internet
advertising, but I was really new to the idea. Shortly
afterward, I sought out an Internet advertising guru. By luck
and fate, I found Corey Rudl and IMC. Later, I was coached by
Corey’s mentoring program.

For the first time ever, you can advertise for, very little or,
no money at all. A web site can cost $100 to $200 per year
depending upon the host and what kind of package you need to get
started.

If you do it all yourself, you won’t spend anything else. You
must still work to optimize your site, for the search engines,
and if you hire “outside” it won’t be cheap. A “top notch”
search engine optimization (SEO) expert won’t come cheap either,
and some of the inexpensive (SEO) services will get you “black
listed.”

With a website full of unique “keyword content,” it should take
you about five months to see big changes in your rankings with
the major search engines. This is a conservative estimate, but
getting top 10 rankings with Google, Yahoo, MSN, or AOL requires
skill, content, and time.

However, Blogs can get you ranked very fast. Due to the constant
changes and adding of copy that is keyword rich you can
establish an Internet presence in much less time. On top of
that, you don’t have to know HTML or be an SEO expert.

Some Blog services like Blogger are free, and since Blogger
owned by Google, it is well worth your while to open an account.
All you have to do is make entries a few days per week. If you
have a lot to say - more keyword content is better.

If you are a small business, refer to your services, products,
changes, and your geographic location, in your Blog entries.
This will point prospects toward your Blog. When people are
searching for your niche market in your area, you will be listed
within your niche.

Blogs work in harmony with a web site, so you should still get a
web site and have your Blog link to your company website and
have your website link back to your Blog. This is a great way to
let potential customers see the changes that happen in your
business and feel your passion for it. When your new customers
meet you, they will be much more informed and comfortable, with
you.

A powerful Blog, with unique and keyword rich content, serves as
a “magnet,” and may draw more customers than your web site does.
The bottom line is you don’t have to spend a penny on
advertising with your Blog.

The cost of setting up a web site is dirt cheap nowadays. You can register a domain for less than $2.00 as I write this (for .info domains). Hosting is also very cheap, and getting cheaper all the time.

So why are so many web sites springing up? Obviously somebody’s making money besides the hosting companies, so here’s some idea starters for you:

1. Sell your own products or services. They should be related to your target audience. You want to be able to take credit cards (at least with PayPal if not otherwise) on your site and deliver your product to your customers as fast as possible.

2. Sell another company’s products. There is no shortage of companies willing to drop ship items for you, all you have to do is make the sale and place the order with your fulfillment company, they do all the work, and you profit on the difference between their price and yours. There are ways to avoid the hassles some attribute to drop shippers.

3. If you have enough activity to your site, you can sell advertising space, such as banner, classified, or text ads. Of course you need to have enough traffic coming to your site first, so that people have an incentive to want to gain exposure to your visitors. You might not make a lot from displaying small text or banner ads, but it can easily pay for your hosting fees, and enough more to invest in some software scripts that will make your site that much better.

4. Sign up with Google AdSense or another contextual advertising company, and let them place their ads on your pages. When someone clicks on an ad, you earn money. Some webmasters are making many thousands of dollars a month with Google AdSense.

5. If you have enough web space, you could rent other people web pages. You could also give them away for free and make money by including your Google AdSense ads on their web pages.

6. Charge people a fee (monthly or annual subscription, or a one time fee) to access your web site. People will pay you money for your content if it’s valuable to them. This can be ebooks, reports, interviews, software, etc.

If you find a niche market, you can spend some time researching your topic and put all sorts of articles and resources to that niche on your site. Then those who have a similar interest might be likely to want to take advantage of all the time you’ve already spent by coming straight to the site (yours) that has all the answers for them already. If you have enough articles on your topic, you might want to get a site search engine (there are free scripts available) to make it easier to find the information your visitors want.

7. Make money selling other people’s products through affiliate programs. They’ll give you a link to track your sales. If you haven’t heard of affiliate programs, you’re in for a treat, many thousands of people are making a full time income just by driving traffic from their site to merchant sites, never touching or shipping a product, letting the merchant do all the work and make the entire investment in inventory.

A good way to start with affiliate programs is to sign up with ClickBank. There are well over 10,000 different eBooks that you are then automatically an affiliate for. It’s likely that there are some that tie in with the theme of your site. Write up some reviews and recommendations and send traffic to the ClickBank merchant, and if the eBook sells, you get commissions sometimes as high as 75%.

Another benefit is that if you make a page for each of your eBook reviews, you will eventually start drawing traffic from search engines because some of your pages will get ranked well for the keywords used to describe the eBook you’re reviewing.

8. Publish an e-zine from your web site. Ask your visitors to subscribe to the e-zine right from your web site through a sign up box. You might want to find something to entice them to give you their email address, like a free report, eCourse, or eBook. Once you have enough subscribers to your e-zine, you could sell classified or sponsor advertising inside your e-zine, or you could periodically review and recommend products that you’re an affiliate for to your subscribers.

9. If you have your own business already (real estate agent, hairdresser, contractor, restaurant, etc.), put up a web page to draw in prospects. All you need is a picture, contact information, a description of what you do, and you have a cheap advertisement that will pull in customers.

10. Set up a local directory of small businesses. Give each business their own page, fix it up for them so that it’s optimized for the search engines, and charge them annually for the service. They won’t have to pay hosting fees and you do everything for them. Suggest that they put the web site address on their business card, and you’ll have virtually locked them in for annual renewals for the life of their business.

These are just some thought-starters for you. There are over a billion web sites on the Internet, there are obviously more than ten ways to earn money with them. Come up with a unique method of cashing in from all those surfers, or use one of our methods, and one day you’ll be writing your own advice articles.
