Underground Hypnosis carries a somewhat cloudy rep, but as with comparable approaches to conversational hypnosis it can be a source of significant help. It’s absolutely inappropriate to describe hypnosis as mind control for the much quoted saying concerning “mind over matter” holds true — you can effectively convey messages and ameliorate, perhaps even treat, mental, physical and of course emotional problems via the unconscious mind. You may add efforts to surmount depression or addiction to cigarettes to any half remembered frat-party comedic high jinks. It sounds a little scary before you have a chance to consider it, but it’s a surprisingly common practice which generally creates no significant issues. Let’s turn to the Underground Hypnosis system, as well as other forms of black ops hypnosis, and scrutinize the basics; induction into trance. You can typically only bring them so deep into trance. How deeply the subject descends into the trance state is affected by factors like their personality and hypnotist’s ability. At the first level, the subject’s minor muscles start to relax as a result of unconscious decision. As their eyelids start to weigh on the subject, lethargy will set in and they’ll want to nod off. You can watch shoulders slump as this pleasant relaxation engulfs the subject with surprising speed. Imagine being able to see and hear only one person. When deep enough you’ll find you can suppress recall of given situations — or to prevent physical sensation, causing you not to feel a touch or pain from a given region. Past that you enter a realm of hallucination and similar altered perceptions; you can ultimately create a state similar to that experienced under general anesthetic. Subjects might be ready for a medical procedure at this point without no need for anesthesia.

Naturally, you don’t require more than a comparatively light trance state, and conversational hypnosis remains in the more effective levels. Simply to to persuade someone to carry out what you’re asking, you only need them to achieve one of the simpler depths of a trance state. We feel we ought to explain that this knowledge can be taught to anybody who looks into Underground Hypnosis. Through devoting a short time to studying and some hours working on the things you’ve learned, you’ll swiftly become quite a talented hypnotist — with all that entails. It’s really that easy — the scare stories are wrong.

I used to enjoy when women stroked or even pulled my hair. One morning, I was dismayed to notice the first telltale signs of hair loss while brushing my teeth: hair was in the sink and noticed that the hair on top of my head was thinning out and less full than the sides of my head. I would never have imagined that I would sustain from hair loss: All of the men in my family have full heads of hair past their 50s. And yet, as I bent my head to look at the top of my head, I could soon see that hair loss was not just in my future but already occurring.

I felt that I lost my self-confidence, once I noticed the thinning strands. I no longer wanted to brush my hair, wore hats as much as possible, and felt self conscious. My girlfriend and I weren’t as intimate as we were because I was worried about her discovering the thinning patch on top of my head. I was suffering from anxiety and my performance at work worsened due to the inability to concentrate.

I started trying several hair loss treatments that are available in the counter. I have tried every single treatment and solution obtainable from the chemist, nothing worked. After spend lots of money on products, I stopped trying for a while. It was a real low point in my life. I even stopped going out with my friends, I was so gloomy.

Luckily, one night a good friend of mine took me out for a few drinks. Throughout the night, he noticed was I appeared a little down. It took him a little while to figure out why. He mentioned to me about the hair loss studio in the city. My friend had gone there for hair loss treatments and had been impressed with the results. I was even more impressed. He had no sign of hair loss, he had a full head of hair. He made me promise to give them a go and I agreed.

Many of us often get stressed out about their monthly budget, not overseeing your budget can can place you in to further in debt if you are not aware. The benefits that come from overseeing your budget properly not only saves you money but help ease some of your stress over debt. Always keep in mind that a budget is primarily a plan for your monthly spending. A budget, like any program, demands some degree of management to make it work for you. The way I handle my budget, for example, is by focussing on maintaining info coordinated and controlling my spending.

My first focus is on coordinating the information in my budget. I keep an eye on recurring expenses like utilities, car and mortgage payments, insurance, and the like, for example. Consider that without monitoring my budget, I can very easily lose track of my expenditure. By knowing what expenditures repeat every month, I have an approximate hold on the minimum amount of money I have to set aside each month before I spend on other things I can moderate a little more such as entertainment, clothing, and holidays.

Watching the spending in my budget is important because this is where the most financial progress is made. A great measure of advancement is placing money into a savings instrument or paying down debt. However, if I over spend, the contrary is true because rather than saving money I will use debt to help me cover the monthly expenses in my budget. Clearly, giving in to the tensions of budgeting can have costly consequences for my finances, especially if I am not capable to pay down my debt.

There are two gains for controlling and organising my budget: First, I save money by avoiding unnecessary expenses. Second, my finances are headed at accomplishing financial goals. Fundamentally, by not buying things I do not need, I am actually freeing up money that I can either use for something else or save. The spare money can also be useful in paying off debt or keeping it for a holiday. In addition to having extra money, it will also allow me to establish longer term financial goals like saving and investing for retirement or paying off my mortgage or student loans. With my budget being organized and controlled, not only does my financial position become more healthy but successfully managing my budget reduces the stress that often comes with being in debt.

Infrequently do we see teenagers and young adults in their early 20’s with patches of hair disappeared from their heads. Plenty hair loss in men takes place in their thirties and forties even though it isn’t odd from men in their late 20’s to start losing hair as well. The apprehension of aging is dreaded in today’s community. Where aging was once a symbol of awareness and insight, it is now primarily looked upon as if the elder you get, the more unexciting people become. All this is certainly not TRUE in most cases. On the other hand, since this is how the media & modern society depict middle aged men and women, and losing hair is a symbol of getting older, it is no disbelieve that hair loss can affect one’s confidence.

TV shows generally portray middle aged men with hair loss as the people most doubtful to succeed with securing dates, or being happy in general. The character George Costanza of NBC’s hit sitcom, Seinfeld, is the classic example of this. Costanza was in his late 30’s & endured exemplar male pattern hair loss. He quite often referred to his hair loss as one of his grea reasons for never before succeeding at things in life. Men and women alike both enjoy a tendency to feel self conscious, especially when it comes to the opposing sex. In our culture, a dense, luscious, head of hair is envisaged to be beautiful, & make one look more youthful & healthy.

Modern technology is most useful in restoring hair loss. Advanced hair restoration treatments are attainable to restore your hair and make it look completely normal as if you had not lost any hair to begin with. It is not essential in this day and age to have to settle with hair restoration. A person’s quality of life does not have to be altered with low confidence when there are so countless advanced hair loss treatments to choose from. Whether a prescriptive drug, contemporary remedy, follicle transplants, or laser therapy, there are many options that will fit many budgets.

Hair loss treatments are now very popular & used by both male and female. Folks have lost their hair due to cancer and have found it is never to grow back can sometimes benefit from advanced hair therapy. Even if people are not entirely losing hair, but have a receding hair line or your hair is thinning, you may benefit from an array of hair loss treatments. The days of relying on fake looking wigs & spray on hair are over. With so much selections of types of hair loss remedy, people no longer have to live life feeling any less confident than you did in your early 20’s.

You know, invisible lace wigs weren’t always my passion. Dancing was the only thing I cared about. That was true till the day when I lost my hair during chemotherapy. I determined that I wouldn’t condone the chance of being the bald Mr. Clean by sheer dumb luck.

I imagined that I’d lost myself, robbed of a real head of hair. I believed that it would be hard to realize fabulous hair. Man, I was wrong. Way before I found my lace front wig, I found a selection of itchy unnatural hair extensions that didn’t match my scalp. My man Malcolm told me about respectable, medical wig websites that carried authentic wigs that would suit me.

Not wasting any time, I hopped to it and sized up the selection. I discovered an inventory of glorious, practical human hair wigs. Their specially designed African American wigs suited me best.

Trying on the best hair piece, a proud individual akin to myself should foster courage working towards accepting her hair loss. I’ve never been more excited to expose my fashionable hair styles. It was exhilarating to proudly go about as I used to at the mall.

Perhaps I’m being ridiculous carrying on like this, but looks are important to my identity. Is there more to reality than an amazing flow of hair? Heck, it wouldn’t matter anyway if someone told me otherwise. Wigs are stylish fashion pieces to so many women.

You can’t understand what wigs have been like. No one has noticed the truth of me and women’s hair loss. Anyhow there you have it, I’m definitely set to to strut my stuff. Lace front wigs made so much better for my family and I.

Shallow people might say my attitude is needy. Oh well. What makes life so practical? For me, it’s love and my lace front wig.

Keep the Channel Open

Why do you do what you do? What is your real work in the world, and why is it important to know the answer?

I’m an entrepreneur at heart. I have started and run several businesses, and as I look back, I think the most important element in financial and personal success is awareness of purpose and the capacity to stay open to it.

Many years ago I was a participant in a seminar. At the end, the leader took us through a guided meditation in which we asked ourselves, “What is my purpose for doing the work I do, in my relationships, and for being alive in this time and place?”

The word ‘connection’ popped up in my mind, and it felt right. My work then and now is helping people manage conflict with power and grace, and about removing the barriers to connection. Outside of work, as well, I want my actions to reflect this purpose. So when the word came up in the meditation all those years ago, it gave a name to something I already recognized.

My work is still about connection. On rough days, knowing this keeps me going. On good days, when life flows, it is reaffirmed. It doesn’t matter whether it makes sense to anyone else. My life is about connection.

What about you? What purpose underlies your work and your life? Is it Creativity? Compassion? Diversity? Empowerment? Relationship? Health? Beauty? Spirituality? Love? These concepts occur as I think of friends and colleagues and their work in the world.

Like peeling an onion, the external layers of our work are the activities we engage in. Each layer moves us closer to a central purpose that is behind the time and effort we expend, and behind the gratitude with which we celebrate our success.

So take some time today to give yourself a gift. Close your eyes, relax, and ask your inner wisdom what your work is really about. Then keep that in front of you as a beacon. Refine it, nurture it, and hold it close at hand. This is essentially what each of us is called to do — to explore and to discover our fundamental motivation, not just occasionally but every day, and with every decision. You’ll rediscover, reinvent and revitalize your work, moment to moment. And you’ll have fun doing it. I wish you good energy.

Have you notice that many people have negative emotional memories, which drag them through life and prevent them from going to the next step? Post traumatic stress disorder is a real concern and we need to use abatement coaching for negative emotional memories and a model these psychological adjustments after the way that we abate tests, insects and viruses.

If you consider the brain and they way that the information flows around it appears to be possible to use virtual reality reconditioning for abatement coaching of negative emotional memories. Since memories flow and are triggered by events we can change memories by repetition and visualization of the various more pleasurable outcomes to the events that occurred.

When someone has a bad drain and they wake up they immediately realize is only dream. If someone conquers their fear in a dream or through psycho cybernetics is able to envision a future event and a specific outcome it is amazing how well this helps the conscious mind in achieving such goals.

If we use abatement coaching tactics for negative emotional memories with virtual reality products it is quite possible that we can come into the human mind and memory from multiple directions and each time change the event to a more pleasurable experience and that will cure the negative connotations, emotions and physical stress. Please consider this in 2006.

Good Enough

“If I’m not going to earn money from it, I shouldn’t do it!” Is
this your inner voice stopping you from pursuing something you
would enjoy, like a creative endeavor, a sport, or an
exploration? Many people blindly obey this inner naysayer. They
decide they’re already not “good enough” at something to justify
spending time on the very thing they feel compelled to explore.
If this is a script you use to sabotage your dreams, it’s time
to stop!

The truth is, your wanting to play the flute again, or write
short stories, or learn tennis, or whatever you are called to
do, is reason enough to do just that. The potential benefit to
you lies in the DOING of the activity, not in your reaching some
external performance standard. Enormous value awaits you in your
pursuit of what you are called to do. Wherever you are on the
continuum of talent and skill, you are good enough to merit
participating in the activity.

You say you won’t be performing to sold-out concert halls? So
don’t quit your day job . . . but play your flute! Chances are
you can find other people at your level to play with. If
performing is important to you, then you will also find
appropriate venues and audiences.

You say roller-blading looks fun, but it’s “too late” for you to
learn? Wrong! You may have to endure the humbling indignities of
learning new physical skills, but don’t kid yourself - it’s not
too late. Just because you are used to feeling “on top of your
game” in many arenas - work, relationship, aerobics - don’t let
yourself be turned off by the prospect of feeling clumsy and
unskilled. You may never be a remarkable roller-blader, but
don’t rob yourself of having roller-blading in your life. You
can’t afford to disregard your desire to do it! You don’t have
to be “good” at it in order to enjoy it. And if it’s important
to you, you can always get better at it.

When I first started my cycling training, I felt like the
slowest person on the road. It took a lot of hard work to get
myself literally up to speed to finish the endurance event I had
chosen. I had to learn to disregard and replace the recurrent
internal voice that said, “You’re too slow! You shouldn’t be
doing this!” I learned to talk back to that voice by saying
things like, “It’s not a race” and “I’m getting faster.”

You know what? For all my work and effort, I’m still not a
remarkable athlete (surprise!). No scout from the Women’s
Over-50 U.S. Olympic Cycling Team discovered me as someone to
groom for the team. I only lost twelve pounds - I still have
eight to go. I was not approached by “Midlife Muscle Magazine”
for an interview. But I didn’t need THOSE outcomes to justify my
participation. The DOING was its own justification. I cannot
begin to tell you how much I learned from the process, and what
a great thrill it was to finish that ride!

I strongly, even zealously encourage you to honor what you are
longing to do. Allow yourself to engage in the pursuits that
compel you. Let yourself be ” . . . quietly drawn by the deeper
pull of what you truly love,” as the 13th century mystic poet
Rumi said.

COACHING TIPS:

1. Where do YOU “feel yourself quietly drawn by the deeper pull
of what you truly love” or might love?

2. Do you have resistance to doing what you are drawn to?

3. If so, give it voice and write down what it sounds like. This
voice might sound something like:

a) You’re not good enough at it (to merit spending time, money
or focus on it)

b) There’s no point to that activity.

c) Excuse me? You want to do WHAT?

d) You already have too many interests and dreams.

4. Write down responses to the objections you gave voice to in
3, above. They might sounds like this:

a) I’d like to get better at it.

b) The value is in the doing of it, not in the result.

c) Yes, I want to…

d) Let’s be creative about how this might be possible.

5. Get support from yourself and others to do it.

Awareness and Resistance

I’m well aware that many people will become pissed off, turned off, put off, or simply want me to step off when I stray from “safe” topics like productivity and time management and explore more sensitive, even controversial topics like relationships, health, or spirituality. However, from past experiences I’ve seen that it’s the ideas we resist most vehemently that are fertile ground for new growth experiences.

Through this blog I’m providing ideas for you to react to, and your reaction to those ideas becomes the seed for your own personal growth. If an idea resonates with you, great. If an idea seems to have no impact on you, it’s not likely important for your growth. But if an idea sparks a fire of resistance within you, there you have a potent seed for growth.

Exploring your own resistance to ideas can help you clarify your own thinking and understand why you believe what you do. My goal isn’t to convert everyone to my way of thinking about subjects like diet or spirituality or relationships. My goal is to help raise your awareness of how you think and behave and to encourage you to make such choices more consciously and deliberately instead of falling back on social conditioning and/or mindlessness.

I have more genuine respect for the meat-eater who takes the time to explore and think about his/her diet carefully, makes a conscious choice about what to eat, acts in accordance with those beliefs, and continues to remain open to new information, than I do for the vegan who simple eats that way because it’s how s/he was raised to behave and never gave it any conscious thought. I have the greatest respect for those who consciously and deliberately explore all aspects of their lives without excessive fear, defensiveness, or resistance those who are most open to finding out the truth as opposed to justifying their current beliefs. Becoming more conscious and aware requires that we do know, and that we don’t ignore information, especially when it provokes resistance within us.

Live consciously and deliberately, with full awareness of what exactly it is you are doing and being. That process leads many people towards similar types of diets, relationships, and spiritual beliefs, but pursue this path for yourself and see where it leads you. The goal isn’t to adopt some particular lifestyle. It’s to look at all the information you’ve gathered from your own personal experience and make what you genuinely believe to be the best choice for you.

If you want to become more conscious, one of the best places to start is with your resistance. By noticing the areas of your life where you can easily be made defensive and resist ideas emotionally, you will see the places where you have tremendous opportunity for growth. Imagine for example a couple you may know whose relationship seems lifeless. If you try to raise the issue with them, they may practically boot you out the door you meet with strong resistance. For that couple their relationship is an area where they have high potential for growth. Where we most resist change is precisely where we must change.

Resisting an idea emotionally and becoming defensive isn’t the same as disagreeing with an idea. If I tell you that I’m really 250 years old, you may dismiss me as a liar or an idiot, but my statement is unlikely to provoke your emotional resistance or make you defensive. You simply disagree, but you don’t resist. However, if I tell you that you look fat and should change your diet, that may indeed provoke some emotional resistance, depending on the degree to which that statement reflects back to you an area where you need to grow.

I believe that if an idea provokes emotional defensiveness and resistance (and not merely intellectual disagreement), therein lies a grain of truth that must be faced in order for you to grow. If I tell you your marriage is a sham and that you should get a divorce, you’ll simply blow me off if you don’t believe it. But if there’s an element of truth to my statement, you’ll likely become defensive, with increasing tenacity the more I press the issue. But the only way to get past that resistance is to face it and to become more fully conscious of exactly what you’ve been resisting, such as the reality that your marriage isn’t working, that your diet is wrong for you, or that your career isn’t fulfilling.

If you and I were to have a one-on-one conversation about your life, which topics could I bring up that would provoke you to become emotionally defensive and resistant? What could I say that would really piss you off and even make you angry at me? Your health? Physical body? Job? Finances? Relationship(s)? Social skills? Parenting skills? Family? Religious beliefs? Political beliefs? Emotional state? Your courage? Your confidence? Your discipline? Your sordid past? Your worst habit? Your addictions?

What will provoke the fight or flight response, making you feel a strong need to either kick me out or fight back hard? Not simple intellectual disagreement but the type of response that shuts down your ability to think logically and has you reacting far more emotionally. What is it?

Resistance shows us where we need more conscious clarity. As you recognize and explore resistance in yourself and become more courageous in facing the unfaceable parts of your life, you will in fact become much more conscious and aware, which will increase your ability to face down other areas of resistance with greater success. It will be increasingly difficult for anyone else to put you into a state of emotional defensiveness because you will become open to new ideas and information without needing to resist them. Clarity will become more important to you than comfort. Change will feel more natural than stability.

Invite ideas to flow through your awareness freely. Think about them. Agree or disagree with them. But when you find yourself emotionally resisting them, recognize that the resistance is within you, not the idea. When you track down the source of that resistance, you will soon recognize where you most need to grow.
