Intelius Incorporated chief executive officer and co-founder Naveen Jain has had much success in his company, but not as much as what he has accomplished in his fervor for philanthropy. In one interview with Naveen Jain and his wife Anu, they expressed the gratitude and privilege to have been given so much. With that said, they are willing to give back and help others.

The corporation’s present vice president of community relations and its CEO’s spouse, Anu Jain, revealed that when Intelius first came out, a budget was made in instances of “giving back” to the people. This is the main cause why it has been contributing ever since it started and why it incessantly offers donations year after year. Jain added that in 2008, Intelius Inc. reached its height in public donations. Taking into consideration that the Bellevue, Washington-established online firm has no more than 191 workers, contributions still grossed to about $210,000 to a number of regional and nationwide nonprofit associations that same year.

Both further added that in 2009, they aim to increase their donations and that they have no intention of stopping. Intellius has presented methods to inspire all employees in engaging in its Employee Matching Program. It tallies the employees’ cash endowments to corresponding aid organizations. An additional program prepared by the company is the Employee Volunteer Program that lets workers spend time in doing volunteer efforts in their area by means of giving them, at most, twelve hours of paid leave each year.

Independently, Naveen Jain has also been dedicating himself to humanitarian endeavors. Moreover, he shares this passion with his employees. He aspires to have a company that gives concern to the people; one whose service mirrors their very worth.
